If you’re an ethical, sustainable, or healthy product business, NatureHub is the easiest way to create an online store. Through NatureHub’s business manager, you can list your Earth-friendly products and advertise them online with ease.

Not sure how to get started with Naturehub? No worries! This guide will walk you, step-by-step, how to create your online store. Let’s get started and make the online store of your dreams.

Step 0: Add and Claim Your Business

First, you’ll need to add your business to the NatureHub map and make sure you claim its ownership. Your business may have already been added by someone else, in this case, all you'll need to do is claim it by clicking manage your free listing. Click here https://help.naturehub.com/content/how-do-you-claim-your-business-on-naturehub to learn more about claiming your business.

If your store isn’t already on the map, you should create a listing for it. We have a guide on how to do this here.

Once your business is listed and claimed, it’s time to head over to the NatureHub Business Manager.

Step 1: Update your business details

Next, we’ll need to add all the details your customers need to find and learn about your store. In the top-right of the screen, you should find a market stall icon. Here is where you manage your business.

Click the Edit pencil button to open up the Business Manager. You should be presented with the five steps you need to complete your setup. Hover over the first ‘Update your information step’ and click Update Now.

In the next screen, enter all the details asked – like business name, address and a blurb. It’s useful to add a business cover photo and profile picture to spruce up your store!

Remember: Any field marked with an asterisk (*) is required to continue. This includes your Tax ID.

A useful, but optional, step is a tour video. To showcase your ethical practices to your customers, you can create and upload a video covering your ingredients, resources, operations and waste management.

Step 2: Pick a subscription plan

Once you’ve saved your business details, you’ll return to the dashboard. Hover over ‘Pickup a plan/billing information’ and click Browse. We’ll need to pick a plan that suits your needs.

There are currently two NatureHub plans: basic and pro. The basic tier is free, offering you an integrated online shop and online support. For each product sold, you will have to pay $0.98 per sale.

The Pro plan will set you back $39 USD per month, and waives that product charge. You also gain access to specialist support and the ability to advertise special offers on your store page.

Select your desired plan, and if necessary, enter your payment information.

Step 3: Add your first product

You’ll be transported back to the dashboard. Hover over ‘Add your first product’ and select Add.

Here you can enter the details of your first product listing. Add the product name, upload photos, add a description and also select the values you adhere to manufacturing this product.

Fill in all the required details, including price and discount price – and click Add Product at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Update warehouse information

Next, we’ll need to add some information about where your product is going to be shipped from. From the dashboard, hover over ‘update warehouse information’ and click Update Now.

Enter your warehouse address. This will make sure you get the correct shipping estimates, confirmation and pickup times.

Step 5: Set up your payment account

Finally, let’s set up how you’ll be paid. Back on the dashboard, hover over ‘how you’ll be paid’ and click Update Now. You’ll be referred to a webpage to set up your own payment account.

Follow the steps shown to you. This will allow you to start accepting payments for your online store.

And that’s it! Once you’ve completed the above steps, you’re ready to share your store online and start selling your ethical products through NatureHub. Happy selling!
